Suraj K. Gupta (Columbia MBA ’17) is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Rogue Insight Capital, the CIO for the Gupta Group and the Easton’s Group of Hotels, and the Co-Chair and CSO of The Gupta Family Foundation. The Gupta Group is a conglomerate, owned by the Gupta family, that makes investments around the world including in Canadian residential and commercial real estate projects. The Easton’s Group of Hotels is Canada’s largest private hotel developer and owns a portfolio of over 25 Marriott, Hilton and IHG hotels. The Gupta Family Foundation creates and funds philanthropic initiatives around the world aimed at education, empowerment, and equality.
Suraj is very passionate about supporting diversity and impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and has shared his expertise on a global stage. He has been a keynote speaker at the Rockefeller NextGen Forum, the Ontario Economic Summit and at several universities including Harvard, Columbia, and York. He is also a member of the Rockefeller NextGen Advisory Council and the Forbes Business Council, and is an author on Forbes.com where he publishes thought leadership articles. He has been a Special Delegate for the United Nations and is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at York University and a mentor for TechStars Toronto. Suraj has guest lectured MBA classes at Columbia Business School and the Schulich School of Business and is an advisor to several companies including Drop, Hyre, and The Villa Life. Suraj was recognized as a KML Top 30-Under-30 Award Recipient in 2020.

Reetu Gupta is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Rogue Insight Capital and was recently named Ambassadress of The Gupta Group. The Gupta Group is a conglomerate, owned by the Gupta family, that makes investments around the world. The Gupta Group’s portfolio of companies includes the Easton’s Group of Hotels (Canada’s largest private hotel developer that owns a portfolio of over 25 hotels), and Gupta Group Developments (a residential and commercial real estate developer based out of the Greater Toronto Area).
Reetu’s recent accolades include being twice honoured with the distinction of WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women™ in 2020 and 2019 as well as Canada’s Top 40 Under 40© in June 2017, one of nine women to receive this designation.
Reetu is also the President, CEO, and Co-Chair for The Gupta Family Foundation, which she relaunched in June 2020. The Gupta Family Foundation funds philanthropic initiatives around the world aimed at education, empowerment, and equality.
